When you think of DVD movies and other types of entertainment media you immediately think of one particular company and that is Blockbuster video. Though they are a wonderful choice for your online and in store DVD rental needs they are not the only ones. Granted they have been a staple in the entertainment area for many years which benefits them but they have paved the way for many other companies to get into the field. There has been a lot of controversy with regard to this company's program and the policies that they have and the practices they use to decide what movies will go to which customers and when. We have been dealing with Netflix for some time and have not experienced any such behavior so we cannot put a lot of weight behind it.
One of the areas that people bring up when comparing blockbuster online to Netflix is that the blockbuster program is now including the in store rentals with their program. We must say that it appears to be very beneficial to those customers that are within driving distance to a store and have a desire to go to and from the location. Entertainment is a personal thing so if Netflix is for you then great and if you prefer the others then go for them.
